The Arizona Republic newspaper reported on Saturday that the affordable end of the Valley's housing market could finally be at the bottom looking up. Home sales have soared to levels not seen since 2005. Pending home sales are up 70% from a year earlier. There were 40% less foreclosures on the market during March than February. Many of the deals will be gone soon. Prices show signs of leveling off in some areas.
